When you secure a Founder Allocation, we collect your fundamental logistics data: First and Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and your secure Delivery Address. This data is strictly utilized to ensure the safe and accurate dispatch of your acoustic instruments.
To verify your allocation, we collect your 12-digit UPI UTR / Reference ID. We do not process, access, or store your banking credentials, account numbers, or UPI PINs. All financial verifications are conducted externally through secure banking networks.
If you utilize the FLAME Control App to access the R1's DSP, we may process basic telemetry data (such as firmware version and active Bluetooth protocol) strictly to deliver Over-The-Air (OTA) updates and ensure system stability. Your custom Parametric EQ profiles and room calibrations remain stored securely on your local device.
We are acoustic engineers, not data brokers. We absolutely do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third-party advertisers or analytics firms.
