By securing a Founder Allocation and entering the FLAME ecosystem, you agree to the precise, bespoke terms outlined below. We operate outside mass-market conventions, and our policies reflect this uncompromising dedication to craft.
By accessing our digital concierge platform and commissioning a FLAME R1, you acknowledge that this is a bespoke digital experience. You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, which dictate the relationship between you (the Client) and FLAME Audio.
The FLAME R1 is built-to-order. By placing an order, you commit to a commission of ₹19,899. Order confirmation is strictly subject to the successful verification of your 12-digit UPI/UTR reference number. FLAME reserves the right to cancel and refund any unverified allocation attempt to maintain network integrity.
As a handcrafted instrument, the R1 follows a strict 15+ day fabrication cycle (Allocation, Fabrication, Precision Matching). By commissioning a unit, you acknowledge and accept this timeline. Transit is handled via our insured logistics partners. Delays caused by regional logistics anomalies remain outside our immediate liability, though our Concierge Support will assist fully.
Every R1 is protected by our 1-Year 'Absolute Coverage'. This guarantee covers critical acoustic failures originating from internal amplification or DSP anomalies. It strictly excludes cosmetic damage, enclosure fractures, or extreme over-voltage abuse. Claims must be filed via the secure Concierge Profile accompanied by telemetry or video evidence.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLAME Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the FLAME R1 or our digital portal.
These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of India. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any action or dispute will be the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. You waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
