The FLAME R1 is engineered to uncompromising acoustic standards. If your unit experiences an acoustic anomaly within the first year, our engineering team will diagnose the telemetry and arrange a component replacement or complete unit swap.
Total failure or distortion originating from the Texas Instruments Class-D Amplifier circuit board.
Malfunctions within the 24-bit DSP chip resulting in incorrect time-alignment or signal dropout.
Voice coil failure, cone separation, or manufacturing defects within the 5.25" Mid-Woofer and 2" Silk Dome Tweeter under normal listening volumes.
Failure of the OLED display panel or physical unresponsiveness of the stepped aluminum rotary encoders.
Dents, fractures, or impact damage to the 16mm MDF wooden enclosure resulting from drops, mishandling, or improper mounting.
Scratches, scuffs, or fading of the light-absorbing Matte Black finish resulting from environmental exposure or cleaning agents.
Component short-circuits caused by liquid ingress, extreme humidity, or placement in non-climate-controlled environments.
Driver voice coil melting resulting from feeding improper external amplification or deliberate extreme-volume abuse beyond DSP limiters.
Please provide your Order Reference (FLM-XXXX) and required telemetry evidence for rapid diagnostic resolution.
Issue will be resolved soon once we receive unit and pickup will be initiated soon.
